About Us

Cirencester Phoenix WI was started in 1985 and is part of the Gloucestershire Federation of Women's Institutes. Meetings are on the second Wednesday of the month from 7.00pm to 9pm and are usually held in the Meeting Room at St Peters Court.

We are a friendly group who enjoy going out together for visits to the cinema and the theatre, joining up for coffee mornings and wine evenings, book club meetings, Sunday lunch club and the walking group. Being a member of the WI is much more than just a monthly meeting, its about building friendships, supporting each other in time of need and providing a welcoming and friendly environment for women to meet.
